Well tonight was the first night that I have went to a drama/play/musical meeting. I initially went to be a person that works on props. I was really excited to do the props. Then I was handed a list of songs to sing with the guys. I used to sing in chorus and in my church choir. I always liked it, but I was/am really shy to do anything solo in front of others. I felt really good while singing tonight though. I even got to go into a group and make our own dance. All I can say is.... "BB" and Matt was our "BB King." I really want to do the fall production, but it conflicts with work. I know that work is not going to be too happy with me, but it is only going to be for two months. I only work Saturdays, so they won't miss me too much. Well I need to go and start my french journal entry. Night folks.

All last week was labeled as Spirit Week. Each day was a different fashion. The one day was PJ day. So I wore my Sunday morning best and repped the PJ's. It was quite enjoyable. Then on Wednesday, the Student Council hosted a Carnival. I made the suggestion for a French Honors Society booth. We ended up making over $60 of net profit. I was really excited about the turnout for the booth. Thursday was Open House. I love Open House for the primary reason of helping the adults find their way around the school. Something about that just makes me excited to be there. Friday's activities included an assembly at school, homecoming parade, and homecoming football game. DL beat WS 48-0. It was the first win on homecoming in eleven years. I was really excited. I ended up almost losing my voice because of all the cheering that I did. I don't know why but this year I have quite a large amount of school spirit. Saturday, I had to work a half day. I then went home and got ready for the Homecoming Dance. I had so much fun at dinner, the dance, and the after party. So many stories... So many memories. I am loving Senior Year more and more every day.
