All last week was labeled as Spirit Week. Each day was a different fashion. The one day was PJ day. So I wore my Sunday morning best and repped the PJ's. It was quite enjoyable. Then on Wednesday, the Student Council hosted a Carnival. I made the suggestion for a French Honors Society booth. We ended up making over $60 of net profit. I was really excited about the turnout for the booth. Thursday was Open House. I love Open House for the primary reason of helping the adults find their way around the school. Something about that just makes me excited to be there. Friday's activities included an assembly at school, homecoming parade, and homecoming football game. DL beat WS 48-0. It was the first win on homecoming in eleven years. I was really excited. I ended up almost losing my voice because of all the cheering that I did. I don't know why but this year I have quite a large amount of school spirit. Saturday, I had to work a half day. I then went home and got ready for the Homecoming Dance. I had so much fun at dinner, the dance, and the after party. So many stories... So many memories. I am loving Senior Year more and more every day.1 Comment(s)
