So far my list includes Niagara Falls and Cape May, NJ. If anyone has another ideas, please just throw them out there. I would like to see who would like to go on these trips with me. I will be making both trips regardless of who is coming. If we go to Canada, I hear the drinking age is 19 years old. That might be a motivation for some to cross the border. Any thoughts or suggestions are more than welcome.

Just Got Hitched

Last night was the Holiday Party for the Drexel Ambassadors. It was lots of fun. Brittany Cormack was in charge of the whole thing. She did an excellent job. It was recommended that some people bring stuff for additional food. I decided that I would chocolate cover some stuff. I ended up commissioning two overnight students, Jeff and Alex, and the other Ambassador Brittany. Brittany G. and I went to the Fresh Grocer to pick up some other stuff to chocolate cover. We thought that we needed to save a few pennies since we are college kids, so Brittany signed us up for a Rewards Card. She signed us up under her name, but apparently we are Brian and Brittany Gillow now. I already complained about how we should have changed it to my last name. Oh well. So we decided to make it official on facebook aka stalkerbook. So just so everyone knows, we were officially married in the Fresh Grocer. I think we are planning on an excursion to the Franklin Institute to see the Evolution exhibit. (Brittany is a real nerd. Check out her facebook if you don't believe me.) She told me she wants a divorce already, so I decided that we are going to end this violently in the giant heart at the institute. I can't wait to go, although I will miss the wifey. Oh well. Other than that, life is good. I can't wait to get home for Holiday Break. I am really excited to hang out with some special people on New Years. If you would like to hang out with me over break, just call or text me and I'll see if I can fit you in my extremely busy schedule. Well time to shove off to Wawa.

Facebook Whores & I'm One Too

I just recently uploaded some pictures onto Facebook. It seems that a lot of people spend their time on Facebook. I know that I am guilty of this little pleasure. Stalkerbook just makes my life so much easier. Right now I'm just trying to stay awake in Math 200. It is always a challenge trying to stay awake. I'm actually glad I brought my laptop. It allows me to zone in and out. I really don't have much to say really. I get out of here in about ten minutes or so. Next, I have Chem 101, and I plan on pulling my baby out just to ensure that I don't fall asleep.

Note: I always want to end my posts with "Stay classy," but then I feel guilty because that is straight theft from both a movie and Chris Droesch. The way I see it, I have all tomorrow to my homework. Yesterday, the girls of W517 had a halloween party. It was a good time. Justin made a trek in the rain to come and see me. He was invited to the party, but only because I'm so cool. I went as a dirty old man. I know that everyone is thinking.. "wow you must have tried really hard to get into that character." Everyone would be right. It took a lot of effort on my part to do that. I changed my profile picture to reflect the ingenius idea I had for a photo. Rose being the wonderful girl that she is, took the picture for me. I didn't end up going out tonight or last night. I just didn't feel like it either night. Sometimes going out to party all the time is overrated. I only go out when I feel like it... which is hardly ever. So don't expect to see me at any college parties. Well I am going to go and watch a movie with Pina and Andrea. Have a good time at high school and college.

College Life

I am currently sitting my dorm room at the moment. I just got back from dinner with some 5W kids. I really am enjoying myself at college. Sarah posted on my facebook wall the other day and stated that she would like to read a post. I hope this is good enough for you. Today, I had to call Dell Tech Support. My laptop had a "hardware malfunction." This was the second day this week. My computer also locks up from time to time also. It just makes me angry on quite a few levels. It turned out that the error was generally associated with Dell servers. The tech support guy, which happened to be from the Philappines, said he didn't know why I was getting the error. I got to take out both of my ram chips. It was a good time. I have a direct number to call next time the error occurs. I just hope it doesn't occur again. Well I have an english paper to write that is due tomorrow. I hope everyone is enjoy college and high school.

Day Three

Today I woke up around ten o'clock. I had some "oats" as Bill would call them. I went down to the beach to use the boogie board a bit. I thought if I used it long enough, it would tan/burn my back so that I would match from all sides. The waves were terrible so I just came back to shore. I sat around and talked with my extended family members then returned to my living quarters. My family was going to meet my cousin at the Olive Garden for dinner, so we had to hurry to get there on time. When we got there, my cousin was no where in sight. Apparently there are multiple Olive Gardens in Myrtle Beach, but thankfully she didn't end up at another one. My cousin added a few more people to her list, so she was running a bit late. The group went from eight to sixteen in about thirty seconds. The hostess just laughed at us. I called Slean up to find out what was good for dinner. She gave me her favorite so I ordered that as my meal. The salad and breadsticks were amazing as usual. The meal she suggested was fair. I don't think I'd order it again. Well whatever. My family just got back from walking Main Street. When I think of Main Street, I think of the hustle and bustle of a town. This street was dead. I'll get over it, but only because I got ice cream. Well it is almost midnight right now, which means I am meeting the extended family on the beach for song and dance. I won't dance or sing, but I will laugh at all the crazies. Enjoy life my children of the corn.

First & Second Day

Well yesterday I pulled into wonderful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It was raining when we checked into our condo. I tried to meet up with Julia, but she was too cool to hang out with me. Oh and my mom was being a DB. She wouldn't let me leave. So I ended up just staying here. Today, the weather was wonderful. Julia left this morning. I went to the beach for a little bit. Well I got about one page of my summer reading for Drexel completed. The sun was too bright, so I just went to sleep. I ended up getting burnt. My family decided to go out to this little Italian place for dinner. I can't remember the name at the moment though. They crossed our name off the list without ever calling us. Lori almost lost it on some guy that had no idea what was going on at the moment. So we left and went to good ol' Hamburger Joe's. I love that place. Although my lips felt as if they were on fire, I love them. Hamburger (as my mom would call them) is like ten times better than Quaker Steak and Lube. I know some may not understand this, but it is true. I just got back from the beach where my family was sitting around in a circle singing and dancing to my cousin playing on the guitar. It was a good time. I hope to keep updating this blog as much as possible. I also hope Sarah is enjoying each and every post I have and will make.

France / Orientation

Well I just returned from my trip to France. I still have to post those pictures, but I have them printed. I printed 290 photos at Walmart. It was a good time. Just call me sometime, and I'll bring my photos along. More recently, I had my orientation at Drexel. I met some cool kids. I am excited to go. I highly suggest that everyone going to college or currently enrolled in high school get a Facebook. It is kinda like MySpace but not as terrible. I enjoyed myself at orientation. I hope everyone is ready to return to college. Feel free to call me a week or so after you get to college. I really have thought about doing it though. Sarah (like usual) reminded me to update it. So this is for her. Since my last post I have been to my Senior Prom and Senior Dinner Dance. I linked both of those so that everyone can look at my beautiful pictures. I omitted the after parties of both because some people didn't want their picture posted. I have also made a new friend named Jon Bastian. He is a good kid. He had a wonderful little movie in his info for awhile. It was on YouTube. So here is that link too. <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMH0bHeiRNg" "_self">YouTube - Evolution of Dance. School is almost over for me. I just can't wait until summer. Maybe this summer I won't work much, and I can have a life. I'd like to end on a good quote I just randomly popped into my head. "You stay classy, San Diego." Just apply it to your hometown, and it is all good.

Long Time, No Real Update

Thanks to Sarah, I noticed that I haven't updated in quite some time. I just wanted to make her life a little bit better by doing so. Today I went on a field trip to the Frick Art Museum. Track is going well. The guys and girls are undefeated as of now. Personally, I am also doing quite well. I finally decided upon a college/university to attend next year. I decided upon Drexel. I filled out my housing application, and I sent in my Honors College application. I just can't wait to go to Philadelphia. Well I have plenty of other matters to attend to this evening. I hope everyone is fairing well.

Tanning Man Day 2

Today was my second day of "fake baking." My Prom date got her dress last night. It is a baby blue-like color. She has to show me eventually. I heard that she looks like Jasmine from Aladdin. I am excited for my own Disney Princess. I am thoroughly enjoying play (or as Anne would like to have it called: the musical). I have quite a bit of homework to do. I am planning on spanning it out over today and tomorrow. I would like to take a nap though. I might nap then homework. I'm not positive on how it is going to go down right now. I am currently involved in: Play, Track, YB, Newspaper, and school. It may not look like much, but to me, it is killer. I haven't gotten a good night sleep in who knows how long. I just know that I am enjoying myself. I was surfing the web this weekend for some random reason. I think I might have just been procrastinating. I usually do that. I found some really cool sites. Most are built on AJAX. You can read about it at my new start page. The link is here. I really like it. Everyone can bookmark my public pages. I set what I want everyone to see. I am really excited for Web 2.0. It has to be the "best thing since sliced bread." I had to say that. Well it is time for bed. I have to get up early to study for a French conversation test tomorrow. I was expecting that maybe they would have merged my school together. Facebook had it under two listings in two different cities. I arrived at the site and noticed that they were asking me to re-enter some information. So I answered all the questions. I just thought my account was frozen due to inactivity, but that was not the case. Facebook finally merged the high school and college books. I had about eight requests from my college friends. I was so excited. Then I proceeded to look for everyone that went to my school in the past that I knew. I found like ten to fifteen more. It was a good day. Now I just can't stop going to the site. It is just so great. Here is a link for the main page just so that everyone can get there from my site.

Free Money$$

I just got off the phone with a Drexel Alumni. He told me about how great Drexel was. I also was recently sent a letter about a scholarship that I might get from Drexel. It is either close to it or a full ride. If I get it, I'm most definately going there. I have to go for an interview on March 5th to see if I got the scholarship. The alumni told me that he recommended me for a grant that the school gives away. The grant is for $1000. I was so excited considering that is oen thousand less dollars that I have to pay. Well I have play tonight from 845 to 10, so I'm off to do my gov homework. I just want to pass out because I'm so tired for some reason. I just hope that everyone will be able to guess which show that is...

Male: If things do get too rough, we'll have a control word. If one of us says it, the other backs off immediately.
Female: Okay. So what's our control word?
Male: Well, lately I've been using "Philadelphia". What's wrong?
Female: Well, it's just that my Aunt Fern lives in Philadelphia, and I don't want to be thinking about her while I'm spanking you with a leather strap.
Male: Okay. Fine. You pick a control word.
Female: Um, how about "Boise"?
Male: "Boise"?
Female: What's the matter with "Boise"?
Male: We're going to be doing psychological role playing here, Female, and a funny word like "Boise" would ruin the mood. I really needed it considering that DL High decided to only have a one week Christmas break. Most of the time, I have been playing Uplink. It is such a great game. I have downloaded a mod for it called Onlink. It is even better than the original. So needless to say, I haven't accomplished much homework yet this weekend. I do know that tomorrow is going to be work intensive. I need to get it all done for the upcoming week. I have so much to do. I did go to EnP last night with a group of friends. I mass text messaged people. I sent out 47 text messages, I believe. It was a moderate turnout. I was pleased. I also am very happy about something that Smith showed me. It is called Last.fm. It is a site that shows what music I am listening to, then suggests music that is about the same. I really enjoy it. I'll have to update my side bar with links and such. Now that I think of it. I never did update my site layout like I thought of doing before. Oh well. Night all.

Interview

Well yesterday I had my interview for University of Pennsylvania. He suggested that it should be at Starbucks. I was expecting the worst with this guy. I got in line to get a coffee and he just walked up to me and introduced himself. The questions weren't as hard as I thought they were going to be. I have had an interview that was 10x harder than this one. The first half of it was kinda awkward, but only because I couldn't really say anything extra other than what he questioned me on. The second 1/2 went much better because I could ask questions to him. He was really nice (most old men are either grumpy or really nice). We ended up laughing at some of the random Penn stories that he had to tell me. He also asked where Penn was on my list of schools to attend. I never really 100% thought about it, but if I get in to Penn, then I'm most definately going. I really like the idea of Penn. Yeah that is all I'm going to say. I could just go off on a tangent and that really isn't needed at this point. Well I guess I should get ready for school since I have to do that again today.

Holiday Break 2005

Well apparently I didn't have time/motivation to update my blog over break. So I'm going to do that now before I have to go back to shitty DL High. Well we ended school on the 23rd, and we're going back on the 2nd. Well I'll eventually get over it.

Christmas wasn't too bad this year. I got a lot of clothes and a digital camera. I have already started to go shutter happy, so more photos to come. I decided to start taking some artistic photos. Not just the normal two people standing and smiling. Those are just boring.

Mason also decided to have a LAN party this year. I was glad that he did. I got there late, and it seemed that as soon as I got there the party started. I had to take Brian home really early in the morning because he couldn't stay over. I eventually got to play my new XBOX game that I also got for Christmas.

I worked only two days over break. It would have been more except my boss said I could have Christmas Eve off, since it was only a half day. I worked Wednesday and Thursday of last week. I had Mason's LAN party to go to Thursday night. Then on Saturday I worked with Anne on physics so that I wouldn't be overburdened last night.

New Years was awfully fun though. I first went to Kaylee's to celebrate with them for a bit. It was quite fun even though I didn't do any drinking. I still had to drive so I had to restrain myself. Then since I don't like the smell of smoke on my clothes, I pulled off the road to the old DL school that was knocked down. I shut off my lights and just started to change right there in the middle of the field. I was in my car so don't worry about it. Then once I finished changing, I headed to Unger's house. We had quite some fun. Amanda told a story in the hot tub for like an hour. I do believe that we all have ADD because we can't focus on one thing at a time. We played a few games and then passed out because of exhaustion.

I did have a good break considering it was only a week. Feel free to check out my facebook photos and my flickr photos. My facebook ones are just the normal photos that everyone takes at parties. The flickr photos are my artistic attempts. I do enjoy how they turned out.

Finished With College

Today all of my applications were sent out of the Guidance Office. I am so excited that I am finally done. I am now just waiting acceptance and rejection letters. I am not expecting too much from the Ivy League schools. I did also get accepted to Case today. I finally got the letter in the mail. So congratulations to me. I am pretty much screwed though. I have no idea where I want to go. I also have to go and visit these damn colleges and try to figure where I want to go. I think it is going to be a long Spring visitation season. I should probably start looking into that stuff now. Oh well. I hope everyone else's decision for college selection is much easier.

Long Time, No Post!

Well considering that I have been hassled by Mason the last couple days, I decided that I would update my blog now. I have been really busy with school. I don't understand why my teachers are laying it on so heavy since it is the Christmas season. I guess it is because it is the season of giving. Well I almost finished all of my college applications. I just need letters of recommendation for CMU, Princeton, and Penn. Thank god I am almost done with this college stuff. I am just so glad that I don't have to worry about deadlines until I have to choose which institution I would like to attend. I need to start visiting these colleges to narrow down my selection though. I should probably start on that, but I just don't feel like it. Well I have some homework to do after pretty much just skipping out on it all night. Well hope everyone enjoyed my update.

SAT II's / Newspaper

Well I took two SAT II's this weekend. I took the Math IIC and Physics. I don't think anyone from DL finished the entire math section. So I guess I won't be getting that 800. Oh well. I haven't been doing too much recently. School has been controlling my life, so I haven't had much time to do anything. I need to get some photos taken for the school newspaper. I have them all scheduled and they should all be done by Wednesday. I am going to finish this regardless of the delay. I do feel kinda bad for not having these done on time, but I assumed that as per usual the newspaper will take awhile to be finished. Maybe this year is going to be different. I also found out that I write in passive voice quite often. Apparently, I can't stop it. I just need to be able to write something that is normal and coherent. Well Grey's Anatomy is on right now, I should get back to watching it. Thanks for reading my wonderful post.

Posting For Mason

Well it was brought to my attention that I haven't updated in a really long time. So I decided to update instead of helping my dad fill out the FAFSA for me. I had a good Thanksgiving. I ate quite a lot and slept as if there was no tomorrow. I have been the Pittsburgh Mills almost every day during break. I also go to EnP almost every day also. I pretty live at both places. I wish Pgh Mills would get an EnP real close so that I would never really have to drive too far. Oh well. It probably won't ever happen. I also got my cell phone fixed again. One again, I got a new cell phone but the same type. I am so glad that Audiovox makes shitty phones. I have had nothing but problems with them. Oh well... new phone for me. I guess I should go and help my dad with the FAFSA stuff. Hope everyone enjoyed their break.

Play Is Over

Tonight, I went with the play kids to Kings for dinner. It was a celebration considering the play is now over. I am going to miss it, but at least now I get to sleep as much as normal children. I am so excited. Anne told me that I would cry at the love circle on the last night. I ended up trying to keep the person next to me from crying. I kept that person from tearing until the end. I did prove Anne wrong though. I know that I am heartless. I honestly don't think that I feel any sort of emotion at all. I didn't cry nor did I feel compelled to so either. I am really tired tonight though. All I can say is... Yay for being a heartless person. I know that can't be good though. Oh well. That is how I am.
